10 Things

When you decide to work with me,  to either get your home sold or to assist you in buying a home, you should have some very real expectations of me.

To give you an idea of my level of commitment to you,  I’ve put into writing 10 things that I will do everyday to help make your experience with me exceed your expectations.

  1. I will be responsive to you. I will answer your calls, your emails, I will get the answers you need if I don’t readily know them myself.

  2. I will give you the time you need. I will never rush you, pressure  you or make you feel like I don’t have time for you.

  3. I will listen to you. I will understand your needs, wants and desires and they will become my #1 priority.

  4. You will get my unwavering  HONESTY. I will tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear. I will give you my honest opinions and will never hide anything from you.

  5. I will use current technology in my daily marketing efforts like no one else does. From promoting your home through social media, to QR codes and full video tours, your home won’t be marketed like it’s still 2004!

  6. I will have the answers you need, when you need them. You won’t be left in the dark, get lost or lack the information you need when it comes to decisions you about your home.

  7. I will use all of my negotiation skills to YOUR advantage. My first and primary duty is to work for you and negotiate on your behalf with no other concern but what is best for you.

  8. I will be your advocate. I will work for your best interest at all times.

  9. I will give you frequent updates. I won’t leave you guessing at every step of the process, you’ll receive regular updates and status reports.

  10. I’ll prove to you that you made the right decision when you decided to hire me.
