Brandon Farms/Twin Pines — Great Alternatives to Windsor Ponds for about $100,000 LESS!

You can save over $100,000 by buying the same model town house in Brandon Farms! One of the most popular townhouse developments in West Windsor (Princeton Junction) is Windsor Ponds. It is a beautiful community and fairly new by West Windsor standards — the second youngest development in all of West Windsor. However, with the prices of these homes rising rapidly the past few years, many buyers are finding a great alternative, also about 10 minutes to the train, in Brandon Farms and Twin Pines in Hopewell (Pennington address).  These homes were built by the same builder that built Windsor Ponds (K. Hovnanian) and have the same floorplans as Windsor Ponds but the prices are more than $100,000 LESS than the same home in West Windsor!

The school system is very highly rated in Hopewell as well and some parents prefer this small school district for it’s personalized atmosphere.  Commuters who live here in Brandon Farms and it’s sister community Twin Pines can reach the Hamilton Train Station easily with little traffic on Rt. 295 – the train station in about 9-12 minutes. The Hamilton Train Station has more parking and the same express trains to NYC that the Princeton Junction Train station offers.

Take a look below at the available townhouses in Brandon Farms and Twin Pines. You’ll see that the model that is the same as the Belmont model in Windsor Ponds has an asking price of about $340,000 to $360,000 compared to the same home in Windsor Ponds that sells in the $470’s to $500!  The end unit comparable to the Duke model sells in the $380’s to low $400’s compared to $500k to $560k in West Windsor!
